Elena Rybakina – Leylah Fernandez

Recent form

BNB Ningbo Open 2026 women's singles final, a WTA 500 outdoor hard-court tournament with a 28-player draw. Rybakina, the No. 1 seed, played three matches after a bye: Kudermetova 5–0, retirement, on October 22; Kawa 6–1, 3–6, 6–1, on October 23; Shnaider 6–3, 7–5, on October 24.

Fernandez played four matches: Mertens 2–6, 6–3, 7–5; Sasnovich 7–5, 6–7(3), 6–3, on October 21; Alexandrova 4–6, 6–2, 6–1, on October 23; Bouzkova 6–3, 7–5, on October 24. Fernandez is also coming off a title in Singapore won in late September, but that opposition is different, and no comparable Ningbo statistics make it possible to quantify either player's serve or return.
