Right of withdrawal

Consumers who take out a subscription remotely have a right of withdrawal under the conditions set by the French Code de la consommation.

Fourteen-day period

You have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

Exception for digital content

Under article L221-28 of the French Code de la consommation, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised for digital content supplied without a physical medium whose performance began with your express agreement and your express waiver of that right. Until this agreement and waiver have been collected, the full fourteen-day period applies.

How to exercise this right

Send an unambiguous statement through the secure form on the Contact page, stating the subscription date and the account email address. Keep the reference provided: it evidences the date of your request.

Refund

The refund is made no later than fourteen days after your request is received, using the same payment method as the one used when subscribing and at no extra cost.

Model withdrawal form

“I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract for the Marcelito subscription taken out on [subscription date]. Consumer name: [name]. Account email address: [email]. Date: [date].”
